To ensure you receive the freshest possible arrangement, we may need to substitute certain flowers or stems with others of similar or better value. While we always aim to match the design shown online, sometimes supply or seasonal issues make substitutions necessary. Any change will preserve the overall look, feel, and value of your arrangement.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
-For mixed arrangements, substitutions will maintain the original color palette and design aesthetic.
-For single-variety bouquets and plants (e.g. all roses, orchids), we’ll do our best to use the same flower type, though we may substitute a different color if needed.
-If the vase or container displayed isn’t available, we’ll use one with similar style and quality.
In all cases, substituted items will be equal in value or greater.
