We want every bouquet sent and received to be as beautiful and long-lasting as possible. Because flowers, plants and many of our gift items are perishable and sensitive to factors like temperature, air quality and care, their freshness and appearance can vary once they have been delivered. In cases such as these, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us right away. We'll review your concerns with care and, when appropriate offer to refresh, discount your gift. In cases where a significant issue occurs, we may provide a full replacement of your arrangement.
